With this tool you can change the rankings of the teams in the Master League.

features:
1. edit Master League Ranking

how to use:
1. first select unnamed_11.bin (dt04.img) - Konami DLC 1.2
or unnamed_1973.bin (dt0f.img) - Konami DLC 1.3
2. load OF and the selected unnamed file
3. klick on your team and change the ranking
4. click after change on the accept Button
5. after all changes select Konami DLC 1.2 or 1.3

6. save by Konami DLC 1.2 in the unnamed_11.bin
7. save by Konami DLC 1-3 in the unnamed_11.bin and unnamed_1973.bin

yo lo veo poco posible e innecesario pero bueno con las cosas q salen hoy en dia veremos q pasa
