Actualización 2017:
Tras estar durante mucho tiempo desaparecido este parche, gracias al usuario javicalavera7 hemos conseguido recuperarlo.
Compatible con Windows 10 64 bits

Option File actualizado al 100% a día 3/05/2008 (TODOS los equipos sin excepción actualizados)

Instalación:

1º Una vez instalado el juego, entrar en él para crear así el archivo de opciones.
2º Ya en el menú principal del juego, salir del juego.
3º IMPORTANTE: DESACTIVAR EL ANTIVIRUS (algunos pueden dar problemas al hacer el proceso).
4º Ir a la carpeta "Pro Evolution Soccer 6", dentro de "PARCHE", y copiar los archivos de la carpeta "dat" dentro de la carpeta con el mismo nombre ubicada
en donde hayas instalado el juego (en mi caso es "C:Program Files (x86)KONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 6dat"). Hacer lo mismo con la carpeta "kitserver" y el
archivo "pes6.exe". Esto todo lo pegamos en "C:Program Files (x86)KONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 6".
5º Ir a la carpeta "Pro Evolution Soccer 6", dentro de "PARCHE", y copiar el archivo "KONAMI-WIN32PES6OPT" en
"C:UsersJAVIERDocumentsKONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 6savefolder1" (en mi caso ahí es).
PD: si en los pasos 3º ó 4º os pide sustituir algo, hacedlo.
6º Activar el antivirus.
7º Ir a la carpeta "C:Program Files (x86)KONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 6kitserver" y ejecutar, como "Administrador", el archivo "setup.exe". Si el parche está
ya instalado en "Current state" debe aparecer "KitServer INSTALLED correctly for this folder." y aparte el botón "Install" deshabilitado. Si no es así, en
"Current state" aparecerá "KitServer not installed". En éste caso presionar "Install". Cuando se haya instalado aparecerá una ventana de que el parche se ha
instalado correctamente y "Current state" pasará a tener escrito "KitServer INSTALLED correctly for this folder.".
8º Ir a la carpeta "EXES_DES" dentro de "PARCHE" y copiar el "PES6.EXE" dónde tengas instalado el juego y los archivos que hay dentro de "KITSERVE" en
"C:Program Files (x86)KONAMIPro Evolution Soccer 6kitserver". Nos pedirá sustituir, sustituímos y punto y final.
