Luego de descargar el link, van a la carpeta de la herramienta y abren el archivo OPTION.ini y cambian el numero de boots que por defecto me parece que es 31 o 42 (si es que tienen mas botas en el PES, en mi caso tengo 81).
Ahora abren la herramienta, seleccionan el EDIT.bin y luego el ML.bin del equipo al que le quieren desbloquear las botas. Le dan a el boton "unlockboots"(abajo, izquierda).
Luego seleccionan cada jugador y aprietan el boton "Edit" y modifican el valor "boots" que esta en 0 y le ponen un valor de 1 a N, siendo n la cantidad de botas que tengas en tu pes.
El problema que a mi me pasa es que si lo hago con una temporada muy avanzada(no se si es porque ya tengo varios transpasos hechos), me sale del juego, pero si lo hago desde una liga master recién creada donde todavía no empece la temporada, anda joya.
