(1) Open AFS Explorer. Import the file 0_text.afs
(2) Search for file param_dat.bin and highlight it.
(3) Go to Menu "VIEW" and select "ZLIB MANAGER"
(4) Click on "GET FROM ASF"
(5) You see two files (Header and Compressed data). Click on "ZLIB" Besides "COMPRESSED DATA"
(6) Now that ZLIB is Highlighted click on ">>UNPACK" and save the file "param_dat.bin_1.bin"
(7) Open Waterloo Editor and in version select "PES4" (DO NOT CLOSE AFS EXPLORER AND ZLIB MANAGER WINDOW)
(8) Click on button "..." beside file name to browse for the file you have exported "param_dat.bin_1.bin"
(9) Click on "RETRIVE FILE". It will give you an error of a file missing but just click "ACCEPT"
(10) Now select any of teams you would like to edit using waterloo.
(11) Once you have made the changes click on "WRITE"
(12) Go back to AFS Explorer and on ZLIB MANAGER WINDOW click on COMPRESS and select the file param_dat.bin_1.bin
(13) Now click on INSERT INTO ASF
READY! I usually have no clue on how to work these things but i found this very helpful
