como puedo poner el parche de traduccion al we9???

estoy en las mismas, lo estoy intentando ahora mismo con el dkz studio a ver k pasa pero no toy mu seguro

El de Fernando es un PPF. Necesitas el PPF O Matic para aplicarlo:

a mi me dice esto cuando le doy a aplicar en carpeta....

Remembers that even if any file were not applied, this does not mean that the patch have been not applied correctly.
It's possible that you have not any one of the AFS files contained in the patch, have it different names, or simply the AFS is corrupt.
Anyhow, the patch has been not applied completely and it's possible that this does not work correctly.
