[PS2][TOOL] flaunk gv2.11 by kino

The new with GUI base on simple comand line tool made by kino as my friends who is one of AOP Studios Team member.
It will convert flag file to pes2011 flag file format after edited in GGS studio, so can work nicely in PS2 machine.

Support in PES2012 is experimental mode, need more feedback and test (never try in game)

>>Extract file flg_base.rar yg akan menghasilkan 2 file .flg
>>buka kedua file tadi di ggs (game graphic studio) akan muncul team flag yg akan diedit
>>file hasil editan di ggs, di konvert pake flg_unk.exe dengan mengikuti petunjuk yang disertakan di readme.txt
>>file hasil convert kemudian dimasukan ke O_text di file img pes2011 menggunakan ggs atau afs

y para los hexadaptados de pes 2012? porque en el base flg hay solo los escudos de pes 2011
