prueba a ejecutarlo como administrador, a mi me funcionó ^^

Me he bajado este parche con su respectivo Fix y tras utilizar el PESedit para marcar la liga adelante y demás, a la hora de iniciarlo me aparecen todos los equipos con sus respectivos nombres, en la adelante con los futbolistas incluso pero escudos y equipaciones no...¿alguien sabe por qué? siento molestar pero estoy más perdio que un hijo puta en el dia del padre....abrazos y gracias!

Nunca tienes que olvidar ejecutar como administrador!!! y si no te gusta eso pues podes hacer clic derecho en la carpeta del PES 2011 y vas a seguridad ahi lo cambias pides permiso y nunca mas "EJECUTAR COMO ADMI" jaja asi de facil y pes se abre con 2dle clic na mas ahhh que capo que soy jejeje

Installation of PESEdit 2011 Patch 2.3 :

* Delete the folder “kitserver” from the PES 2011 main directory and also delete the start menu folder “PESEdit.com 2011 Patch” – skip this if this is the first time you install PESEdit.com 2011 Patch.
* Install the patch using install.exe, make sure to choose the directory you installed PES 2011 to.
* Start the game via pes2011.exe / start menu folder “PESEdit.com 2011 Patch” / PESEDIT SELECTOR
