hoy estuve mirando la web de una tienda de aqui de cadiz...que venden juegos de PC,PS3 etc... y encontre el pes 2011(proximamente), y en la portada ponia, que traia licencia de Europa League,Uefa Champions & Copa Libertadores es cierto que finalmente trae la Europa League & La Copa Libertadores ?

Videogamer.com have published an interview conducted with Jon Murphy at the Gamescom convention.

He talks about the past, how the game is moving forwards and licensing issues.

“Q: So you're building for the future as well?

JM: Absolutely. Although this is the biggest change between two versions of PES, perhaps even a bigger change than you see between a couple of versions. Although you see that, I think there are bigger things that we'll see in the next two to three years where we won't stop developing and we will end up with a product that is quite extraordinary.

Q: So this game is like a statement of your intent going forward?

JM: I think it's more than a statement, because at the heart of it it's great to play. This version is great to play. It's like rediscovering Pro Evo like you want to. It's like having shackles taken off, so you can play the game that you want, but with the heart of it being PES. You really feel like you have achieved something when you score a goal. You come up against people that play in a different way. The Master League Online will add a new dimension, too.

Within this product we've got a great, great PES. I think the best PES that we've had full stop, in my own personal opinion. Other people will look back to the PS2 for the purest game, but in terms of the total package I think this is the best version yet. It's more than just a statement that we're coming back.

It's also true to say that we are now finding our feet. You can see the team is finding their feet. You can see that they are now happy with the game on the platforms they are developing for, and they are getting ideas about how they want to push the boundaries that you will see pushing on.”

JM: Totalmente. Este es el mayor cambio entre dos versiones de PES, quizás incluso un cambio mayor que el que puedas ver entre un par de versiones. Aunque ya veas el cambio, creo que hay más cosas importantes que podrás ver en los próximos dos o tres años, en los que no pararemos de desarrollar y que terminarán con un producto extraordinario.

Q: ¿Este juego es una declaración de vuestra intención de avanzar?

JM: Creo que es más que una declaración, porque en el fondo es magnífico para jugar. Esta versión es magnífica para jugar. Es como redescubrir el PES que quieres. Es como estar sin grilletes, por lo que puedes jugar al juego como quieras, pero con el corazón del PES. Realmente sientes que has conseguido algo cuando metes un gol. Te enfrentas a gente que juega de una forma diferente. La Master League Online añadirá también una nueva dimensión.

Con este producto hemos conseguido un muy buen PES. Creo que es, sin duda, el mejor PES que hemos tenido, desde mi punto de vista. Habrá gente que echará la vista atrás a la PS2 para el juego más puro, pero en conjunto, todavía sigo pensando que ésta es la mejor versión. Es más que una declaración de que volvemos a estar ahí.

También es cierto decir que estamos encontrando a gusto. Puedes ver que el equipo se está encontrando a gusto. Puedes ver cómo ahora están contentos con el juego en las plataformas en que están desarrollando, y están cogiendo ideas sobre cómo superar los límites que verás sobrepasar.”

La continua lucha entre los dos juegos de fútbol por excelencia, FIFA y PES, ha tenido un claro ganador durante la actual generación de consolas. Y según la propia Electronic Arts, FIFA seguirá estando por delante del juego de Konami gracias a las mejoras incluidas año tras año enfocadas a la calidad, tal como asegura Jens Uwe al medio británico MCV.
“FIFA ha marcado en los últimos años un excelente camino y seguimos aumentando la cuota de mercado frente a Konami. Eso es el resultado de EA por trabajar en un menor número de juegos pero de mayor calidad”, comenta.
Y sigue enfatizando la superioridad del juego frente al de la competencia: “Nuestros juegos son simplemente mejores y mejores, tenemos un producto claramente superior al de Konami, que pensamos no era el caso en la anterior generación”.
