Cambiar 3D Model para equipos licenciados

Esta guia me dijeron:

Change 3D kit model for licensed teams in PES5 PC (no harm to Option File):

1-Backup your Option File to another place.

2-Cut and paste to Desktop your use Option File.

3-Change 3D model style via Waterloo editor for a licensed team (ej: Chelsea wide-back style (18) to narrow-back style (8)

4-Just now open ur game and create new Option File.

5-Exit game and run PES Fan Editor 5.02

6-Select your use Option File (in desktop).

7-Click 'OF2 Import' tab in PES Fan editor.

8-Click File>Open OF2> select new created Option File (in My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\save\folder1\)

9-Click 'Team' tab in PES Fan editor and double click on changed 3d model team (eg. Chelsea)

10-Double click on the same team name in new window.

11-File>Save and exit PES Fan Editor

12-Cut and paste Option File (in desktop) to My Documents\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\save\folder1\

Pero que herramienta de Waterloo se refiere??, el WE9 Set Default Color 4.1.0 ???. Alguien sabe como se usa?, porque es diferente del anterior Set Default Color que se usaba para el PES4.
