There are files that has been not applied.
The Virtual folder "Modified" goes to show the files not applied.
Remembers that even if any file were not applied, this does not mean that the patch have been not applied correctly.
It's possible that you have not any one of the AFS files contained in the patch, have it different names, or simply the AFS is corrupt.
Anyhow, the patch has been not applied completely and it's possible that this does not work correctly.
