how to instal faces ?

hi

plz help me .. i need explanation to instal this faces to pes5

i downloaded the faces from: https://www.pesoccerworld.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1668&ttitle=Caras_varias

so .. i don't know how to instal faces !!

you need Game Graphic or Dkz studio for insert in game.(Descargas Pes5/ Utilidades)and overwrite the files of afs
