Buenas, buscando y buscando encontré un tutorial para editar los equipos nacionales (actualizarlos), todo bien, hasta el punto de abrir el programa NoMadDBEditor, me decia: File size miss match...

Aqui pongo el tutorial por si alguno lo consigue y nos dice como lo tenemos que hacer.

Well Dkz Studio is based on PES5 so it is impossible to change national teams because of nationality. But I found one program which is based on PES6 so it works

Extrac it
Open 0_text.afs with Dkz Studio
Extract unknow_00058.bin to Pro Evolution Soccer 6 folder
Open unknow_00055.bin (just click twice in it!)
Extract every file inside unknow_00055.bin to Pro Evolution Soccer 6 folder
Open NoMad DBEditor
Locate PES6.exe (then it will load press "Ok")
EDIT

When finished Save it.
With Dkz Studio import unknow_00058.bin
Then open again unknow_00055.bin and "Import All files from folder"
Select Pro Evolution Soccer 6 folder
THEN IMPORTANT in Dkz save file after importing!
Save 0_text.afs! -> You will have to save 0_text.afs with a diferent name!
Erase old 0_text.afs
Rename new one to 0_text.afs
Start PES6.exe
