I used it with VISTA X64 ultimate and pes2008 vitality...
:shaking: the first impression is that the gameplay was better (performances), with kitserver 7.1.0f and not with this version...
I played online and during the match the game crash, after many minutes of match...
I know that Vista, expecially 64bit version, works better with RAM respect XP, but it works also in different way about his management...
Do you think is it possible that in VISTA X64, this new version could be run wrong respect old f version?
the gameplay with 7.1.0f version was better, improving performances and smoothnees gameplay, respect H version...
EDIT: I tried also G version and performances as like in F version works better respect H versions... not crashes after minutes of a match...
Energia,
thanks for detailed info. This is very valuable to me, since i don't have Vista, and cannot test on it... It's a bit difficult to find an optimal solution because of that too. But if you're willing to test a couple more versions of the DLL - that'd be awesome. I'm interested in how those two compare to previous release (7.1.0h) and to the one before it (7.1.0g):
kserv.dll 7.1.0.12
http://www.speedyshare.com/173293164.htmlkserv.dll 7.1.0.13
http://www.speedyshare.com/401614548.htmlfrodo512either of these new DLLs above should fix that problem with fullscreen and high settings. Please let me know, if it still doesn't work.
Bripac otro nuevo kitserver se supone que arregla los problems con windows vsta.
Kitserver 7.1.0i
- name.shape attribute now supports all 4 values (type1,type2,type3,type4)
- fixed bug with high/medium/low settings, which was accidently introduced in version 7.1.0g
- it's now configurable in configs.txt - which file operations to use: Win32 API (default) or CRT. For Vista 64bit or XP 64bit, CRT seems to be a better choice (for that, in config.txt, find section "kserv", and set files.win32 = 0)
